Vegan Tofu Scallion Cream Cheese

- 4 Scallions chopped

- 1 tbs Nutritional yeast
Spices:
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Onion powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Tofu Base:
- In a blender or food processor, combine the firm tofu, fresh lemon juice, white miso paste, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Incorporate the Herbs:
- Transfer the blended mixture to a mixing bowl. Add the chopped scallions and fresh chives. Stir well to combine.
Season the Cream Cheese:
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly to ensure even seasoning.
Chill and Serve:
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled as a spread on bagels, crackers, or as a dip for fresh vegetables.
