Nature’s Xanax tea

A soothing herbal tea blend featuring Lemon Balm and Valerian Root, known for their calming and sleep-supportive properties.

Equipment

  • Tea steeper

Ingredients
  

Herbs:

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Balm
  • 1 Valerian Root

Sweetener:

  • 1 tbsp Honey

Water:

  • 4 cups Water (room temp.)

Instructions
 

Preparing the Tea:

  • Add the Lemon Balm and Valerian Root to a tea steeper or French press.
  • Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  • Pour the hot water over the herbs in the steeper or French press.
  • Steep for 10-15 minutes to extract flavors and benefits.
  • Remove the steeper or infuser and discard the herbs.

Sweeten with honey to taste.

  • Pour the tea into a cup and enjoy warm.
