Base:
- 8 ounces Firm tofu drained and pressed
- 4 Scallions chopped
Flavor Additions:
- 2 tbs Chives fresh, chopped
- 1 tbs Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbs White miso paste
- 1 tbs Nutritional yeast
Spices:
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Onion powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Prepare the Tofu Base:
In a blender or food processor, combine the firm tofu, fresh lemon juice, white miso paste, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.
