Nature’s Xanax tea
A soothing herbal tea blend featuring Lemon Balm and Valerian Root, known for their calming and sleep-supportive properties.
Herbs:
- 1 tbsp Lemon Balm
- 1 Valerian Root
Water:
- 4 cups Water (room temp.)
Preparing the Tea:

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
Pour the hot water over the herbs in the steeper or French press.
Steep for 10-15 minutes to extract flavors and benefits.
