Base & Protein:
- 5 pieces Falafels pre-made or frozen homemade
- ½ cup Cooked brown rice
Fresh Vegetables:
- ¼ cup Sheppard salad diced tomatoes cucumbers, red onion
- 1 cup Spring mix
Toppings & Spreads:
- ¼ cup Kalamata olives pitted and halved
- 1 tbs Roasted red pepper spread
- 1 tbs Hummus
- 1 tbs Tzatziki
- Hot sauce to taste
Prepare the Base:
Warm the falafels in the oven or skillet according to package or homemade recipe directions. Fluff the cooked brown rice and spoon it into the bottom of a serving bowl.
