Perfect for those mornings when you need a boost of energy without compromising on taste, this bowl is a staple in my morning routine. Acai bowls are not just trendy; they're a powerhouse of antioxidants and essential nutrients that keep you fueled and focused.

Ingredients
  

Prep:

  • 2 packages Açaí Puree
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries frozen
  • 1 whole Banana sliced
  • ¼ cup Dragon-Fruit freeze-dried

Mixing It Together:

  • ¼ cup Sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • ½ tsp Honey for drizzling

Instructions
 

Prep the Base

  • In a blender, combine the açaí puree and half of the mixed berries. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Slice the Banana

  • While the base blends, slice the banana. Reserve a few slices for the topping.

Assemble the Bowl

  • Pour the blended açaí mixture into a bowl.

Add the Toppings

  • Arrange the banana slices, blueberries, blackberries, sliced almonds, and chia seeds on top.

Finish with Sweetness

  • Drizzle lightly with honey (or agave) and enjoy immediately with a spoon.
