Instructions:

Add the mugwort leaves, damiana leaves, lemon balm leaves, rose petals, and blue lotus flower petals to a French press or tea steeper.

Boil water and let it cool for a minute or two to around 80°C (176°F), or just under boiling point.

Pour the hot water over the herbs in the French press or tea steeper.

Let the tea steep for about 10-15 minutes.

Slowly press down the plunger on the French press or remove the tea steeper to strain the tea.

Sweeten with honey if desired.

Pour into a mug and enjoy your relaxing and mind-opening tea!
