Ingredients:

Nettle leaves – 1 tablespoon

Gotu kola leaves – 1 tablespoon

Lemon balm leaves – 1 tablespoon

Boiling water – 2 cups

Honey or Lemon- optional to sweeten
Instructions:

Place nettle leaves, gotu kola leaves, and lemon balm leaves in a French press or into a tea steeper

Pour boiling water over the herbs.

Press down the plunger on the French press to separate the herbs from the tea and let steep for 10 minutes.

Pour the herbal tea into a cup and enjoy. Optional to add a drizzle of honey or a squeeze of lemon to sweeten if needed.
