Ingredients:
- Balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup
- Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon
- Whole Grain Dijon- 1 tablespoon
- Honey, 2 tablespoons
- Garlic- 1 clove
- Garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt, 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon
- Plain Cashew Cream or Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cup
- Avocado Oil- 1/4 cup
Instructions:
- Using a blender, food processor, or immersion blender, add in all of the ingredients besides the oil.
- Blend until smooth while slowly adding in the oil as it mixes.
- Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Serve immediately or store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
