Detoxifying Foot Bath

Ingredients:

  • Apple cider vinegar – 1/2 cup
  • Epsom salt – 1/4 cup
  • Baking soda – 1/4 cup
  • Bentonite clay – 1/4 cup
  • Dried rosemary – 1 tablespoon
  • Dried sage – 1 tablespoon
  • Rose Petals- 1 cup –optional
  • Essential oil (such as lavender or peppermint or citrus) – 10-15 drops
  • Warm water
  • Foot Bath Spa

Instructions:

  1. Fill a foot bath spa or tub with warm water.
  2. Add the apple cider vinegar, Epsom salt, baking soda, bentonite clay, dried rosemary, dried sage,roses and essential oil to the water.
  3. Stir the mixture well until the ingredients are dissolved.
  4. Soak your feet in the foot bath for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Pat your feet dry and moisturize with your favorite natural lotion or oil.
