Brown Butter and Sage Ravioli

Ingredients:

  • Butter Lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces (4 cups)

  • Buffalo Roasted Cauliflower (2 cups)

  • Radishes, thinly sliced (1/2 cup)

  • Bell Peppers, diced (1/2 cup)

  • Carrots, grated (1/2 cup)

  • Red Onion, sliced (1/4 cup)

  • Avocado, diced (1)

  • Blue Cheese Crumbles (1/4 cup)

  • Ranch Dressing (1/4 cup)

  • Buffalo Sauce (1-2 tbsp)

Instructions:

  1. Arrange the torn butter lettuce on two plates.

  2. Top the lettuce with the buffalo roasted cauliflower, thinly sliced radishes, diced bell peppers, grated carrots, and sliced red onion.

  3. Add the diced avocado to the plates.

  4. Sprinkle the blue cheese crumbles over the top of the salad.

  5. Drizzle the ranch dressing over the salad, and add a drizzle of buffalo sauce on top.

  6. Serve the Buffalo Cauliflower Salad immediately and enjoy!
