Ingredients:

• Sweet Potatoes, 2 large, baked

• Plain Greek yogurt, 1 cup

• Silicone Treat Molds

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Wash and dry the sweet potatoes, then prick them all over with a fork.

3. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until they are tender and cooked through.

4. Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and allow them to cool.

5. Once the sweet potatoes are cool, scoop out the flesh and place it into a blender or food processor.

6. Add the plain Greek yogurt to the blender or food processor and mix until smooth and well combined.

7. Pour the mixture into silicone treat molds.

8. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until the treats are completely frozen.

9. Remove the treats from the molds and serve them to your furry friend. Store any extras in a reusable stasher bag in your freezer.
