Rosemary Hair Oil: Nourishing Scalp Treatment

Ingredients:

  1. Garden Tomatoes – 3 large

  2. Mini Cucumbers – 6 or 1-2 regular cucmbers

  3. Red Onion – 1 small

  4. Garlic – 2 cloves, minced fine

  5. Fresh Dill – 2 teaspoons

  6. Fresh Parsley – 5 teaspoons

  7. Lemon – 1/2, juiced

  8. Red Wine or Apple Cider Vinegar – 3 tablespoons

  9. Olive Oil – 3 tablespoons

  10. Garlic Powder – 1/2 teaspoon

  11. Salt & Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon each

Instructions:

  1. Finely dice the garden tomatoes, mini cucumbers, and red onion.

  2. Mince the garlic cloves.

  3. Chop the fresh dill and parsley finely.

  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, minced garlic, chopped dill, and parsley.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well to combine.

  7. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.

  8. Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
