Mango Pitaya Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • Frozen acai puree, 2 packs

  • Frozen mixed berries, 1 cup

  • Frozen raspberries, 1/2 cup

  • Almond milk, 1/2 cup

  • Kiwi, sliced and cut into stars, 1

  • Fresh raspberries, 1/4 cup

  • Cacao almond granola- like Nutsola Brand-1/4 cup

  • Honey, for drizzling

Instructions:

  1. Start by adding the frozen acai puree, frozen mixed berries, frozen raspberries, and almond milk to a blender.

  2. Blend the mixture on high speed until it becomes smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

  4. Top the bowl with sliced kiwi stars, fresh raspberries, nut sola cacao almond granola, and a drizzle of honey.

  5. Serve and enjoy your delicious Mixed Berry Raspberry Acai Bowl topped with kiwi cut into stars, raspberries, nut sola cacao almond granola, and a honey drizzle!
