Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes, sliced (4 cups)

  • Cucumbers, sliced (1 cup)

  • Red Onion, sliced (1/2 cup)

  • Kalamata Olives, pitted and sliced (1/2 cup)

  • Feta Cheese, crumbled (1/2 cup)

  • A Taste Of Florence Olive Oil (1/4 cup)

  • Red Wine Vinegar (3 tbsp)

  • Dried Oregano (1 tsp)

  • Salt (1/4 tsp)

  • Black Pepper (1/8 tsp)

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, sliced red onion, and sliced Kalamata olives.

  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Drizzle the dressing over the tomato salad, and toss to coat all ingredients evenly.

  4. Add the crumbled feta cheese to the mixing bowl, and toss gently to combine.
