Ingredients:

Orzo pasta, 1 pound

Black olives, pitted and diced, 1 cup

Roasted red peppers, diced, 1 cup

Cherry tomatoes, halved, 1 cup

Cucumbers, diced, 1 cup

Feta cheese, crumbled, 1 cup

Fresh parsley, chopped, 1/4 cup

Dried oregano, 1 teaspoon

Garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon

Salt, 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon

Creamy balsamic dressing, 1/4 cup
Instructions:

Cook the orzo pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and cooled orzo pasta, black olives, roasted red peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and crumbled feta cheese.

Add fresh parsley, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixing bowl and toss until all ingredients are well combined.

Pour the creamy balsamic dressing over the orzo pasta salad and toss until everything is well coated.
