Chamomile Sleepy Tea

Ingredients:

  • Chamomile flowers, dried – 1 tablespoon

  • Lemon balm leaves, dried – 1/2 tablespoon

  • Passionflower leaves, dried – 1 tablespoon

  • Water – 4 cups

  • Honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add the chamomile, lemon balm, and passionflower leaves to a French press.

  2. Heat the water in a kettle or on the stove until it reaches boiling point.

  3. Pour the boiling water over the herbs in the French press.

  4. Place the lid on the French press, but do not press down the plunger.

  5. Let the tea steep for about 10 minutes.

  6. After 10 minutes, press down the plunger to strain the tea.

  7. Pour the tea into a mug and sweeten with honey if desired.

  8. Enjoy your sleepy tea!

Note: You can adjust the proportions of each herb according to your preference. You can also add other calming herbs such as valerian root or hops if desired.
