Ingredients:

• Rolled oats, 2 cups

• Ripe banana, 1

• Eggs, 2

• Unsweetened applesauce, 1/4 cup

• Baking powder, 1 teaspoon

• Plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup

• Fresh blueberries, 1/4 cup

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the rolled oats, mashed banana, eggs, applesauce, honey, and baking powder until everything is well combined and forms a thick batter.

3. Pour the batter into a greased 8-inch round cake pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.

4. Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

5. While the cake is baking, prepare the frosting by mixing the Greek yogurt with the blueberries in a small bowl. Set aside.

6. Once the cake is done, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes.

7. Use the Cavalier cookie cutter to cut a shape out of the center of the cake while it’s still hot.

8. Allow the cake to cool completely before spreading the yogurt frosting over the top and around the sides.

9. Decorate the sides of the cake with additional fresh blueberries.

10. Add the birthday candle to the center of the cake, and write “Birthday Boy” on it with a marker.

11. Serve the cake to your furry friend and their friends, cutting each a little piece to enjoy.
