Homemade Arnica Oil Recipe for Pain Relief

Ingredients:

  • Immunity Booster Loose Leaf Tea Mix- 2 Teaspoons

    • Dried Orange Peels

    • Ginger Root

    • Turmeric Root

    • Black Peppercorns

  • Gunpowder Green tea leaves, loose – 1 teaspoon

  • Fresh ginger, peeled and sliced – 1-2 thin slices (optional)

  • Fresh Orange peel – 1 teaspoon (optional)

  • Water – 1 cup

  • Honey- 1 teaspoon- (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add the green tea leaves, sliced ginger, lemon peel, and orange peel to a tea infuser or tea ball.

  2. Boil the water and let it cool for a minute or two to around 80°C (176°F), or just under boiling point.

  3. Add the tea infuser or tea ball to a teapot or mug.

  4. Pour the hot water over the tea in the teapot or mug.

  5. Let the tea steep for 2-3 minutes.

  6. Remove the tea infuser or tea ball and discard the used tea leaves, ginger, lemon peel, and orange peel.

  7. Add honey to the tea for additional sweetness (optional).

  8. Stir the tea and enjoy!

Note: You can adjust the amount of tea and water according to your preference. If you prefer a stronger flavor, you can add more ginger, lemon peel, or orange peel. Also, be sure to use organic oranges and lemons and wash the peels thoroughly before using.
